Drive power matching method
Common problem
1. Voltage Range Matching Method: Normal operating voltage of the light source (including series: LED forward voltage*LED string number) =Driven output voltage.
(For example: lamp voltage is 3.0-3.4V/piece, the total number of series: 12 strings, you need to choose the driving voltage not lower than the lamp’s maximum working voltage: 40.8V. Note: Drive the Max voltage (such as: Max: 50V): refers to the maximum voltage of no-load power supply, not the maximum voltage of the matching lamp.)

2. Current range selection method: LED forward current * LED number ≥ drive output current. (For example, if the lamp current is 350mA, the driver with 350mA or less than 350mA can be selected.)

3. Efficiency and PF value: when the power supply is working at full load, but if the lamp is not fully loaded, the power factor will be relatively reduced. Please refer to the operating characteristic curve in the product specification and the parameters corresponding to different loads.

4. Other parameters can refer to the product specification.

1. Light flashes (flashing or flashing for a period of time after lighting): Excluding the quality problems of the driver and the lamp itself, it is generally caused by the unreasonable matching of the driver and the light source. This unreasonable match eventually leads to the LED driver entering the “ Light load or "overload" protection state, so the product will flash (for example: the lamp voltage is 38V, the nominal voltage range of the power supply is 18-36V, the lamp does not match the power mismatch voltage).
Solution: Replace the matching drive power or change the number of lamp beads.

2. The light is off:
a. The lamp voltage exceeds the operating voltage range of the driver (including the series voltage of the lamp beads).
       Solution: Replace the matching drive power or change the number of lamp beads.

b. The lamp or drive power is damaged.
Solution: The lamp can be replaced or tested after driving.

c. Positive and negative output lines are reversed.
Solution: Reweld the positive and negative poles of the output cable.

d. The output lamp beads positive and negative solder joints collide with the metal lamp shade short circuit.
Solution: Lamp beads solder joints do good insulation measures, lamp beads and lampshade to maintain a certain distance or increase the insulation paper.
